01 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the phtala platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style real-money gaming and related gambling activities in the Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing phtala for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing the phtala platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phtala or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by phtala for any reason.

phtala enforces the 21-year-old minimum age requirement rigorously. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, phtala requires all registered accounts to submit valid, government-issued photographic identification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID. phtala reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All real-money transactions conducted by an underage account — including deposits and any winnings — will be reviewed, and funds will be returned to the original payment source in accordance with applicable regulations. phtala will not be liable for any losses claimed by an underage player.

02 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and other features of the phtala platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all phtala account registrations:

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the phtala platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identification details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phtala employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Account Verification (KYC)

phtala is required to verify the identity of its registered players before processing withdrawal requests and at other points determined by phtala's compliance team. The verification process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by phtala's compliance team may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtala account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect your account from unauthorized access, including:

• Selecting a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your phtala account.
• Logging out of your phtala account when using shared or public devices.
• Never disclosing your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to be phtala representatives. phtala staff will never ask for your password.

phtala will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phtala's support team immediately via live chat or email. phtala will take reasonable steps to secure the compromised account pending investigation, but shall not be liable for transactions completed before such notification was received.

All actions taken through your phtala account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified phtala of unauthorized access in the manner described above.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

phtala accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time at phtala's discretion.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or the equivalent value for cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as stated on the phtala deposit page and may vary by payment method. By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment instrument used.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits are generally credited to your phtala account balance in real time or within the processing window indicated for each payment method.
• phtala does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which phtala bears no responsibility.
• phtala reserves the right to conduct due diligence on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency and may request supporting documentation before crediting or releasing such funds.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activity on the phtala platform. phtala is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made by verified phtala account holders whose identity has been confirmed through the KYC process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, or to a payment method linked to your verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Withdrawal Processing

• Standard withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to verification checks.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within the banking business day window and may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are processed subject to network conditions and phtala's internal compliance review.
• phtala reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, and to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing where fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations are suspected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the phtala withdrawal page and are subject to change with reasonable notice to players.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

phtala offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made available. General bonus terms applicable across all phtala promotions include the following:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are capped at a maximum cashout amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• phtala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting bonus conditions through low-risk or mechanical play strategies, or any collusive behaviour — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• phtala reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus or promotion where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the offer was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

07 Gameplay and Wagering Rules

All games available on the phtala platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino table games, bingo, sports betting, and card games — are subject to the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed within a specific game and these Terms, the game-specific rules govern for matters relating to individual game outcomes.

phtala's Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to determine game outcomes. All RNG game results are independently generated and are not influenced by previous results, account history, or any other external factor. Live dealer games are determined by physical game equipment operated in real time by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system error that affects a game outcome, phtala's technical logs will be the authoritative record for determining the resolution of affected game rounds. Where a game round is voided due to a technical error, any wager placed on that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

Bets placed and game rounds commenced cannot be cancelled or reversed once initiated, except where phtala determines a technical error has materially affected the outcome. Winnings derived from erroneous game configurations, incorrect odds postings, or software errors are not considered valid and phtala reserves the right to void such transactions and adjust affected balances accordingly.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phtala platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing account closures or claiming multiple bonus offers.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identification or verification documents.
• Using the phtala platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any phtala game or to manipulate the platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, signalling hand information in live card games, or any other form of coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the phtala platform or any game hosted thereon. Any player who discovers a bug or error is required to notify phtala support immediately and refrain from exploiting the error.
• Accessing the phtala platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law, whether using a VPN, proxy service, or any other circumvention technology.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for wagering on the phtala platform.
• Any other activity that phtala reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, the rights of other players, or the reputation of phtala.

09 Responsible Gaming

phtala is committed to providing a safe and responsible online gaming environment. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phtala players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phtala platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the phtala website — is the property of phtala or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtala platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or sell any content, software, or material obtained from the phtala platform without phtala's express prior written consent.

The phtala name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of phtala. Use of these marks in any manner without phtala's express written authorization is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtala and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtala platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Any technical failure, service interruption, or error that results in game outcomes being affected.
• Any unauthorized access to your phtala account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information published on the phtala platform.

phtala's platform and all services thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtala makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results, or the suitability of any game or service for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phtala's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

phtala reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by phtala.
• Submission of false, fraudulent, or incomplete registration or verification information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Where phtala has reason to believe that an account is being used for money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Where account activity suggests the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1.
• At the request of the account holder, including for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a material breach of these Terms by the player, any genuine real-money balance in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe determined by phtala's compliance and payments teams.

Where an account is closed due to the player's breach of these Terms or engagement in fraudulent activity, phtala reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and legal review. phtala will cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities in any investigation into criminal activity associated with phtala accounts.

13 Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or phtala decision, the player must submit a formal complaint to phtala's support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. phtala will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. phtala's technical logs, game records, and transaction records shall serve as the authoritative source of truth for dispute resolution purposes.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through phtala's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phtala from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phtala reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — phtala will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the phtala platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phtala platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the phtala platform and may request account closure by contacting phtala's support team.
